Trusts and Foundations
Children in Crisis is supported by a number of trusts and foundations, whose support is invaluable to our programmes.

The area has been badly affected by wars internally and in the neighbouring countries of Rwanda and Burundi which have displaced large numbers of people. The training includes modules on psychosocial issues, peace and reconciliation as well as curriculum subjects. Through The Baring Foundation and The John Ellerman Foundation's support, Children in Crisis has been able to secure additional funding for this programme from new sources, allowing us to reach even more teachers than originally expected.
